Mom of a 4 m old boy4 days ago

my baby is 4.5 months old and he is feeling sleepy all day.. he was happy and also drinking milk when he was awake ... I am just concerned if this is normal?

A. no I am not giving any medication he was awake but within half hour after awaking he start to rub his eyes

Okay are you giving any medicine to the child which may be making the child browser because kids can sleep for 8 to 12 hours in this age also but usually they are awake after that so your child is sleeping for a very long duration and you feel it is disturbing otherwise then of course you should consult your doctor once
