my baby is 4.5 months I m giving him cal4u and multivitamin Axbex... can u tel m cal4u is vitamin D? is both medicine is good for the child

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician5 years agoA. better to our avoid No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed. Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age. It will help. Give vit D 3 drops 400 IU per day till 1yr of age.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children5 years agoA. is the doctor recommended giving both medicine as any one can be given.. cal4u is a calcium and vitamin supplement axbex is vitamin and mineral supplement.. any medicine should be only on your pediatric advice..
