my baby is 4 1/2 months she is not feed properly when feeding she was crying what is the reason I can't understand plz tell me the solution

A lot of times parents are not aware about the fact that a child could be crying to stomach pain or gas issues which are very common with kids mostly they just think that the child is hungry and they try to feed a child and cry more because they are not hungry
