Q.
my baby is 3yrs and 1m old. She has been suffering from a fever and cold for the last 2 days. she didn't take food. She refused food. we gave paracetamol 250mg suspension from the last two days that time only fever is reduced after sometime fever is increased. Any solution?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is very common that during the disease process the child will have loss of appetite as well as after the disease the child will have decreased appetite for food and this will last for at least one week.
you have to provide plenty of waterx to drink and you can give food rich in fluids as well as juice extracted from fruits which will help in improving the appetite.
if if the child is having nutritional deficiency the doctor will add multivitaminx supplements to increase the appetite.
