my baby is 3yr old and on his neck there is lymphnoid dr said its normal and do a blood test.. in blood test it shows 60%lymphocytes and in peripheral smear some reactive lymphocytes are found.. dr said may be bcz of some viral infection.. my baby doesnt have any physical issues and he is healthy and super acrive.. anything to worry?

see that's ok.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee try to consult to a good pediatrician there who will do a full check up and tell the diagnosis

No see a little bit of infection at this age are completely normal and common with kids they can very well be treated with the course of antibiotics so I would not advise you to worry about it the doctors are treating your child and it is going to be fine with the proper course of antibiotics
