My baby is 3years 6 month old she has rashes on her legs and arms and bad smell from mouth π

there are many reasons like dry skin, allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics, heat or sweating, infection etc.
please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes.
keep your child hydrated
keep an eye on your child diet.
apply baby soothing Calamine lotion on rashes.
keep that area clean
maintain good hygiene
for bad smell in mouth:
it might happen because of constipation or upset stomach.
so please provide natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child.
keep your child well hydrated.
give two mint leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
