my baby is 3monthsold not holding his head what's the reason and how to overcome that can u please say

See if if you are giving tummy time to the child the child is going to lift up its head partially if you’re thinking that the child is going to have hundred percent stability in this then that is not that that happens by completing the time of six months so currently there is no issue with your childish showing partial stability of the head but even if it partial stability is not there then in that case you can consult your doctor
