A. At three months old, your baby is beginning to become more alert and interactive. Here are some activities you can consider: 1. **Tummy Time**: Encourage short periods of supervised tummy time each day to help strengthen your baby's neck and upper body muscles. 2. **Visual Stimulation**: Use high-contrast toys or black-and-white picture books to stimulate your baby's developing vision. 3. **Talking and Singing**: Engage in frequent conversations with your baby and sing songs to encourage language development. 4. **Gentle Playtime**: Provide simple toys that are easy for your baby to grasp, such as rattles or soft plush toys. 5. **Cuddling and Bonding**: Spend plenty of time cuddling and holding your baby to strengthen the parent-child bond. 6. **Observation**: Observe your baby's cues and responses to understand their likes, dislikes, and developmental progress. 7. **Reading Aloud**: Begin reading simple board books to your baby to promote early literacy skills. Remember, every baby develops at their own pace, so don't worry if your baby isn't hitting specific milestones exactly when expected. The most important thing is to provide love, care, and a nurturing environment for your little one's development. And, of course, consult with your pediatrician if you have any concerns or questions about your baby's development.
