POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. You must continue feeding either breastmilk Or formula milk to the baby till atleast 1 year. You can start feeding cow milk after that, but dilute some water in it so that it is easier to digest. Till then, you can start foods made from milk like oats, dalia, milkshakes with dry fruits, kheer, custard, etc. after 8-9 months.
