My baby is 36 days old. He do not cry loudly and do not make screaming cry. Rather he makes humming sounds. I have not heard him crying loudly even once Is it normal or i have to consult doctor

A. the baby is 36 days of age if baby is having any pain then only baby crying otherwise if baby is having any problem of the larynx the sound output may be less if in doubt consult a doctor
