My baby is 35 days n i want to ask is bonnisane and mugali ghutti 555 works same ? Which one is best ? Can v give bonnisane in mrng m ghutti in evng ?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent your kids just 35 days old the baby must be on exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age along with vitamin d drops till one year of age no other medicine need to be given in this point of time
