my baby is 34 days old , i was affected with cold , now he have congested nose I am using nasal drops but worried about it . And I have recently changed formula from similac to nan excella pro to him . and now he only poop once and it's consistency too changed . is any thing to be worried about that

A. Nasal congestion has got no connection with the formula that you are giving and when you shift from one brand to another sometimes these things can be seen that the motion consistency in colour can change which is considered very normal
