my baby is 3 yrs old. he needs milk before sleeping instead of suger I mix jaggery and give me . is it healthy for him

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Yes you can give milk with jaggery to the child as most of the kids have milk at bed time and give few sips of water to the child after milk or mouth rinsing after that
