Q.

My baby is 3 yrs 10 months , instead if being so tired, she didnt sleeps fast in night… and even every night she take so long to fall asleep… pls share some remedies

A. Try reducing her day time bap abd in the evening rahe her fir outdoor playing at least 60 mins abd key her okay rub abd after coming back feed her dinner and later make her sleep massage her feet with desi ghee

My baby has completed 4 months she doesn't sleep for too long in the day.... she sleeps for an hour and then she gets up and keep playing and after 1-2 hours she is tired and sleeps again.... is this normal ? and she sleeps for almost 5-6 hours at night so should I wake her up at night to feed in 3 hrs or should I let her sleep for so long.....
