my baby is 3 yr old. He speaks only words not sentences.Iam worried about him. Is this normal to speak sentences after this age ? Should I go for speech therapy or not?

A. most of the babies around this age will be speaking small sentences of two to three words only to have full sentences and vocabulary it very lot from baby to baby no need to worry
