A. if the child is having mucus along with foul smell in the motion it may be because of some infection specially bacterial infection to consult your doctor for proper guidance and evaluation of the child

A. It Can be a sign of infection in the gut of your child so you should definitely get a check with your doctor they will either give you medicine straight or they can even ask you to get a stool test done which will give you for the clarity on this
