my baby is 3 years old she has cough I gave relent as my pediatrician advices now her cough is loosen but it's not coming out..wat should I do?

A. if the baby is having cough and cold it is advisable to give indirect steam inhalation to the child it is very help you and then get a proper examination done by your doctor to rule out the cause give brozeet LS for cough it will help
