NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello ypu can be giving your child one egg per day which should not be a problem.. but if giving for the first time make sure the child is not allergic to it and also make sure to cook the eggs well enough before you could be giving it for the child which sould be better
