My baby is 3 years old and from the past few days he is complaining of stomach ache. He doesn’t eat much as well nor any outside food . May I know the reason and remedy

A. Hello mom stomach pain could be of various reasons such as gas or a food intolerance or stomach upset or worms as well .. so for gas check his abdomen if it’s bloated . Next observe his stool formation
