my baby is 3 years old and 13 kg in weight and he's has severe cough...will become breath less when coughing.. using Ascoril Ls 3ml thrice and using nebuliser also but no use improvement can u please help me wat to use now

A. hi parent keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky
