Q.

My baby is 3 years and 5 months old she had a pinworms i put the albendazole in February but still she suffering from pinworms, she is not interested in eating food, i am forcefully feed the food for her what to do for this problem.. please suggest me...

A. Deworming medicine needs to be given routinely to every child after one year of age and the dose is 200 mg of albendazole once at night time and thyen repeat the same dose after 14 days once this cycle should be repeated evfery six months at least till 5 year of age but it is advisable to give this medicine only after taking guidance by your doctor

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment Avoid sweets and chocolate Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
