A. regular cough and cold in children are most commonly associated with allergy which might be due to weather changes on temperature variations. many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections. it is very common that children will have a recurrent cough and cold as well as fever before 7 dyears of age and after that a proper immunity is developed and then this problem will go away. get the child vaccinatedd for flu vaccine which will again help in decreasing this problem

A. Chicken soup. Plus, it's delicious. The broth in chicken soup soothes a sore throat and helps inhibit the movement of white blood cells called neutrophils, which help the immune system fight infection, the hot fluid promotes movement of nasal mucus and keeps you hydrated, and the salt helps your tissues retain fluids.
