My Baby is 3 years 4months old. From early stage itself she is having a black colored skin on her neck though she is very fair .. Why is it so? Any remedies plz

A. it may be some birth marks.. These lesions are most prominent at the age of one year and start regressing thereafter, with most of them disappearing by early childhood. for more details talk to ur paedritician
