A. The problem of constipation will decrease with proper diet modification that is plenty of water and fibre diet and try to give more papaya oatsd and fennel seeds water to the child. You may have to give a course of constipation medicine to the child to stabilize the child from the pain. Constipation usually decreases with increasing age of the child andd medicines give only symptomatic relief.

A. Diet. To soften the stools and make them easier to pass, increase the amount of non-dairy fluid and fiber your child gets each day. High-fiber foods include fruits and fruit juices that contain sorbitol (prune, mango, pear), vegetables (broccoli, peas), beans, and whole-grain breads and cereals. Limit foods that can increase constipation, such as fatty foods that are low in fiber. Limit milk to 16 ounces per day.
