My baby is 3 year old. From few days I have seen this mark on his foot. I don't know this is due to any injury or insect bite or any other infection. It is too rough when I touch the red area. kindly suggest some cure for this

It Looks like some kind of a rush to me so I’m just going to advise you to go ahead with applying calamine lotion regularly on to that area because even after looking at the picture there is a lot of confusion as to what it could be so apply calamine lotion and consult your doctor if you need to
