my baby is 3 weeks today but from last 2 days he is pooping only once or twice in whole day his tummy is full or not how to understand he does not cry but before he used to sleep maximum hours but now he is sleeping after only 1 hour

A. Constipation is completely normal in this age sometimes kids can go without pooping for 10 to 15 days at a stretch which is normal and a child would be full the child will be full for at least 2 to 3 hours child sleep or will be playful
