my baby is 3 weeks old. just now I noticed his stomach is hard like rock. what can be the issue ? can it be something serious ?

A. Thanks doctor. Also pls advice if gas in such a small baby can create stomach feel as hard as rock or bone, I mean it's just as hard as stone.

A. gas problem in It is quite natural small babies will be having lot of gas and there will be pain in stomach also please do burping of the baby after feeding give Colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe medicine
