My baby is 3 months old.It is seen that there is red stains in babys poop at times.can I know the reason for the same?

Red stains in the motion are basically blood in a small age so it’s probably just associated with an infection in the stomach of your child which is why it’s really very important that you kindly take assistance with Dr or get a stool test done for your child
