My baby is 3 months old. Is any vitamins drop necessary to feed her?

there are medications available for everything. get them prescribed from paediatrician after proper examination of the patient. That is important for well being

as per my opinion, if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need of extra medicines
please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs
burp your baby well
give Massage to your child daily
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
