My baby is 3 months old..he is getting small small pimple like rashes and small white spots in his face..is it normal or needs doctor's check up??

See There be coming late and then think we are becoming white it could be due to some allergy you get a check with your doctor your child is too small why do you want to chance it can you check with your doctor so that you have a further clarity over this issue and if any cream or any medicine in need is needed the doctor can advise you the same as well
