Q.

my baby is 3 months old. he is breastfeeding only. what happens to the baby if he has calcium magnesium iron deficiency? whether it will be cured by mother's milk or have to take any supplements? already he is taking zincovit and vitamin d3 drops.

A. hi, do continue with Zincovit n viy d 3 as advice, feed as often as they seem hungry or want comforted, offer more breastfeeds, all the very best.. .

A. Supplements are supposed to be given to the child to deal with all these deficiencies the food is not going to live up to eat at this age any ways such important that you go ahead with giving proper supplements to their child for these deficiencies
