Q.

My baby is 3 months old, exclusively breastfed. From6 weeks she passed stools once daily. After 10 weeks vaccination, she passed stools 4- 8 times per day. Past 1 week it’s dark green poop. Slight foul smelling. However baby has no fever. She is active. Should I be concerned?
