ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, do not give any types of solid foods to your 3 months old baby. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the completion of 6 months. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.

it is exclusively breast feed recommend for six months and nothing should be given other than mother milk..
after six months ragi dalia cerelac sabudana blended khichdi dal water rice water puree mashed boiled fruit and vegetables..
remember one new food one at a time..
