My baby is 3 months old.Can I take saffron milk as it is summer..how many strands of saffron is recommended..

Yes You can have saffron milk it’s not a problem I think four or five strands is just going to be good enough along with that also I am going to tell you that right now that you should add some dry fruit powder also to eat it is going to be extremely healthy for you that way and that’s going to be tasty as well for you to have
