My baby is 3 months old and when she passes gas it stinks.Is it any problem

A. no need to worry about the smell in the stool if the consistency of the stool is normal.
it is very normal that the smell of the stool would be slightly different in children less than r6 months of age due to the supplements they might be taking as well as due to the maturing digesting system.
if the weigrht gain of the child is proper and the child is not having any other colic problems then no need to worry

A. good morning it is absolutely fine it is common for small children to be having severe gastric issue does not mean that is anything to worry about I would recommend you to try applying hing m on the stomach
