Q.

My baby is 3 months old and not taking feed regularly. Usually she used to take feed for 5 to 6 minutes and now most of the times it reduced to 3 minutes. she is urinating more than 8 times a day and weight gain is good But not pooping regularky.. once a week only she is pooping. please help

A. Hello dear Babies of this age do have constipation and it is normal for them to pass motion weekly once.as the frequency of urine is fine and there’s steady weight gain,you needn’t worry

A. Hi mom Constipation is common in néw born babies. Babies can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more So no need to worry. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, taking proper sleep then that means ur baby is taking sufficient feed.
