my baby is 3 months old and my milk is not sufficient she is not having formula please give me a suggestion

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please take Shatavari powder with milk to increase breast milk supply. Also take gur with jeera for increase in breast milk. Massage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. Keep on trying the formula milk to the baby. Thanks and take care

AshMom of a 1 yr 11 m old girl1 Year agoA. You eat methi (bhaji)and drink milk daily and if possible add shatavari in milk, it helps increase breastmilk.If any query ask your paediatric.
