My baby is 3 months old and is severely congested with temperature fluctuating from 99.5 to 99 in an hour. So is it normal or should I visit the doctor?.

You can give paracetamol to the child as a child is having a very mild fever along with that too cold spooning because that will help in subsiding the temperature and will avoid rising of temperature if you continue to do cold sponge so this is going to be quite benefiting in the current situation
