My baby is 3 months old and he secretes saliva a lot... sometimes he also vomits out little milk after feeding

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. spitting out is common in babies after feed it is of reflux action..
always burp after feed..
don't keep the baby immediately on bed after feed.
keep the baby in upright position and gently rub the baby back for some time..
maintain gap between feeds..
lot of saliva release is common in babies maintain hygiene use Babyhug wet wipes to clean..
during the teething phase it will be first sign of teething..
