my baby is 3 months n a week old he has been doing well with his night sleep frm past 3-4 days but yesterday he was very fussy and irritated and also he was trying to put evrything he could grab into his mouth n chew on it(even my fingers) is it possible that he is teething so early? he did not sleep well at all

A. i gave him colicaid even then he was fussy the whole night did not settle down even after colicaid. i was breastfeeding him often as he was fussy but he was spitting a lot please help in understanding what could be the reason. he just wanted to chew on his blanket and his fingers or whatever he could grab
