My baby is 3 months n 8 days old..she looks little thin is she gaining weight..an can I start apple purée to my baby

See Since you haven’t mentioned the birth weight and the current weight of your child I’m not really very sure what is the definition of lean as per you as of now because without details I will not be able to tell you that but yes I can definitely tell you that you know you cannot start giving Apple purée to the child before the age of six months
