Q.

My baby is 3 months and my periods have started. My milk is thin so what shoukd i do to have good consistency breastmilk

A. Keep feeding your baby. When there is demand the supply will increase accordingly. You can include garlic, fenugreek seeds and water rich veggies like bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pumpkin etc., You can also cosult with ur doctor and get some powders like galact granules prescribed to increase the supply.
