my baby is 3 months and 18 days old. Nowadays I am observing that he takes out milk after feeding and this is happening quite frequently like 4 5 times in a day. Is it normal?

Maybe you’re just over feeding the child to try to feed your child only when the child is demanding for it which is what is going to be beneficial and helpful for you as of now so please take care of that and let you get a vomiting in this age is completely normal
