my baby is 3 months (96 days) old his weight is 4.700 kg is he healthy. the breastfeeding is Enough to him or should I give him top feed?

A. his birth weight is 3.660kg

A. the weight of the baby depends on the birth weight of the baby generally a baby will be gaining around 20 to 25 grams per day in first 3 months of age

Hi Since you have not mentioned the birth weight of your child I really cannot tell you whether this is the correct weight or not as of now but you know if you feel that your child is full for about two hours after taking a feed from you then I think it is good enough for the child you do not need to give formula feeding before six months
