My baby is 3 months 21 days from three days he is going motions daily 7 times after my feeding I consulted doctor as well still he is going for me 2 days my health is not good motions and vomitings because of that reason my baby is also going plz suggest what to do

A. dear mum if your baby is passing urine six to eight times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight at least 500 gram per month then do not worry it is alright for many breastfeed baby to pass stool frequently
