Q.

my baby is 3 months 15 days old...she is not taking breastfeeding nor formula milk properly.. she intakes 60 ml maximum and 5-6 intake in a day... her present weight is 4.2 kg .. she is active but not putting on weight. we have not started bottle feeding yet

A. if you are giving bottle filled with the help of nipple it's unlikely baby will take breastfeed baby will be having nipple confusion between depends upon birthweight genetic factors it should double the birth weight by 5 months of age

A. Hello dear parent! Check the urine output. If your baby is active and normal, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times in a day, gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. There should be a minimum weight gain of 400gms to 500gms in a month. It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles its birth weight by 6 months completion. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
