my baby is 3 months 10 days old.. he vomits alot almost every feed and with burp spit curd like thing... from 3-4 days, he poops with gas pass and sometimes watery poop sometimes cheesy and he cries and screaming...

A. hey hey mommy few things could be the reason. is he only on breast milk or formula as well. make sure there is a gap between the two feeds. do not over feed. Also give tummy time atleast once a day.also burp after every feed even if he falls asleep. also make sure you don't put him in a lying down position immediately use a pillow and keep him elevated for a bit.
