Q.

My baby is 3 month old she vomitted 3 times and poops 2 times like yellow colour full white seeds and belly looks like bloated whats the reason can I give colic drops for bloated stomach

A. Yes would be a possibility and also maybe a child did not pass motion properly which is why Bloating can be happening so I would just like to tell you that the doctor would be able to advise you correctly after a proper assessment of your child
