My baby is 3 month old he is having tiny red rashes ??? why so

Hello ma’am It could be due to weather change or something but I would just advise you to start applying Cetaphil lotion on to the rashes and monitor it for a week if the rashes subside within a weeks time and do not reappear then it is perfectly good otherwise consult your paediatrician ones
