My baby is 3 month old he is doing poop frequently around 5 to 6 times watery green color n seedy it’s been 1 week

A. It could be either your child is having its teeth or stomach infection is there which is why the child is passing lose motions and lead to green and colour so it’s going to be advisor for you to take an assistance with your doctor regarding the medicines to be given
